At Angelic Minds Store, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality luxury hair products. Each unit is meticulously inspected for quality and accuracy before it is shipped to you. We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt to ensure it meets your expectations.
General Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for critical hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We strongly encourage you to review your order details carefully before purchasing. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. This policy is firm and in place to ensure the health, safety, and satisfaction of all our customers.
Exchanges for Store Credit
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that you want your unit to be perfect. We offer a one-time exchange for store credit for eligible items, provided the following strict conditions are met:
Eligibility for Exchange:
Timeframe: The exchange request must be initiated by emailing us within 7 calendar days of your order being delivered.
Condition: The item must be in its absolute original, brand-new condition. This means it must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- Unaltered: Not washed, cut, combed, brushed, styled, colored, or chemically processed in any way.
- Intact Lace: The lace on wigs, frontals, and closures must be fully intact and uncut.
- Original Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging (including hairnets, dust bags, etc.) must be included and in their original state.
Items that are NOT eligible for exchange include:
- Any product that has been worn, tried on, or altered.
- Custom-made or customized units.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Accessories such as wig grip bands.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Contact Us: To request an exchange, please email our support team at support@angelicmindsstore.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your full name, order number, and a detailed reason for the exchange request.
- Await Approval: Do not send your item back without prior approval. Our team will review your request and may ask for photos or videos to verify the condition of the product.
- Ship the Item: If your exchange is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
- Inspection and Store Credit: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection. If it passes inspection, we will issue a store credit for the original purchase price of the item (excluding any shipping fees). You will be notified via email, and the store credit can be used towards a future purchase at Angelic Minds Store.
Angelic Minds Store reserves the absolute right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. If an ineligible item is returned to us, we will send it back to the customer at their expense.
